Confidentiality Statement

1. Your work is yours

Everything you share with Write It Great — ideas, one-pagers, proposals, manuscripts — remains your intellectual property. Submitting it to us transfers no rights, no ownership, and no exclusivity. It's your work before you hit submit, and it's your work after.

2. How we use what you share

We use your submission for one purpose: to evaluate working together. That means reading it, running our evaluation tools on it, and discussing it internally so we can give you honest feedback and decide whether we're the right team for your book. We don't use your material for anything else.

3. Who sees it

Your submission is visible to the Write It Great team. We don't publish it, post it, or pass it around. There is one exception, and it only happens with a decision on our side to champion your book: if we choose to shop your work to publishers, we share your proposal with publishing editors as part of pitching it. That's the goal of this whole process — and it never happens as a side effect of simply submitting.

4. No obligation — and this isn't a contract

This statement is an explanation of how we treat your material, not a contract, and acknowledging it is not signing anything. Submitting your work creates no obligation for you and none for us: you're free to send your book anywhere else at any time, and neither of us owes the other anything until we both choose to work together in writing.
